I have a LaserJet P2015d. I use the LaserJet P2015 UPD PS printer driver on my laptop with this printer. I'm trying to print a 2-sided document. The printer is set up to print 2-sided and the setting in Printer properties is correct. See this screenshot
but in the Printer shortcuts menu, the only option is 1-sided
Similarly, when try to print the document, settings only show 1-sided printing and no option to switch to 2-sided.
What may be causing this?
