Hi

ive just been round trying to setup my neighbours deskjet 4100e printer.

I’ve done on hp smart and setup the printer yet on there it still says finish setup. Also when I try and add it to their windows printers and scanners only the direct version of it appears

all the ink cartridges have been installed, but not even a test page has come? Why is this?
