Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a deskjet 3051A J11 printer that can't connect to my wireless network. We got a new router and the printer has not been able to connect to the new network. We have tried EVERYTHING for two weeks and nothing works. The IT Tech who was here told us this is a manufacturer issue. We have tried contacting HP after using the virtual support assistant and the online HP diagnostic tools but can't get a live agent to help us out. This is very frustrating.  I have spent all my Sunday trying to get this printer to work. I start my job tomorrow (I am a school teacher) and I need to be able to print at home. Can you help. A phone number would be nice.

Hi @swesdock,

I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

  1.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

The printer only supports 2.4GHz, please check with ISP if the network frequency is 2.4 or 5GHZ

Hope that helps!

Let me know!
