Hello,
recently I am having a lot of problems with my printer trying to print. (Of course mostly when I need a printout urgently)
I notice that now it keeps on creating copies of the driver. When I go to choose Printer, now it shows HP Office Jet Pro 8620 then HP Office Jet Pro 8620 Copy 1, HP Office Jet Pro 8620 Copy 2 and HP Office Jet Pro 8620 Copy 3.
Before there was never a copy and it printed right away. And choosing each driver, none activated the printer. It just stays in sleep mode. I am using a USB connection. I tried already a lot of things like remove the driver, install new.... it might work for a little while with just one HP Office Jet Pro 8620 driver, but then the problem keeps comming back creating copies and not printing at all.
Your advice will be very appreciated because that drives me crazy.
Thank you
Dorian
