          Hello Martycare,

 

 

Do this:

Turn on the printer.

Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button on the printer control panel, and then release it when the Ready light blinks. The Configuration Report and Network Summary (wireless models only) print. Figure : Configuration Report.

 

                                

·       Click on yes button to say thanks

·       Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered

·       Please contact me to inform me of the resullt
