HP Recommended

I was given the HP Envy Photo 7855, I believe, I have setup this printer up correctly. However, I did a test print and the paper came out blank. Printer even sound like it was printing but blank paper. Gone through the maintenance procedures to clear the cartridges at least 3 times. Cartridge levels on the blank and color about halfway full.

The only thing not done is buying new printer cartridges.  Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you - Retleo
