Printer driver for HP color laser jet CP1215 does not work in Windows 11.
I downloaded the printer driver executable file from the HP website, "ljcP1215-HB-pnp-win64-en.exe" Installed it and the printer cannot be found to be installed on my computer. cannot see it in the list of printers. Seems that it says it is installed but not really.
Prior to that I installed it, and it seemed to work fine printing the test page. Then the next day I tried to print and it said a token was missing. Therefore I delete the printer and reinstalled the printer driver and now ended up with the problem described above.
Any guidance provided is appreciated.

Thank you Dragora.
I followed your instructions and it worked. One has to be careful to ensure that the printer is not connected to the laptop until time to do so in the instruction sequence you provided. That was my initial error.
Have a nice day!
