LaserJet Pro P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stopped being detected in settings.  I tried all troubleshooting steps.  then I removed the device from settings, and downloaded the recommended driver on HP site.  HP LaserJet Pro P1100, P1560, P1600 Series Full Feature Software and Driver.  I have Iobit Uninstaller but program was not listed.

I could not run the program, I got a message saying I had 'insufficient permissions." Any ideas?

@BLSHEP

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Restart the Computer and try again.

If the issue persists, try these steps:

Manually launch the installation using below executable and then follow the installation screens:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
