Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Trying to install the printer drivers for the HP Officejet Pro 8620 on a Mac Mini M2 Pro running Ventura 13.3

When I get to "Add and Verify Your Device" in the installation procedure, I get the error "Cannot configure the devices software"

Have already added the printer in the "Printers&Scanners" section of system settings.   I can use the printer via AirPrint, but I cannot install the HP drivers for full functionality.

Anybody has a solution?
