HP OfficeJet 7510

Hello,

I'm currently trying to print out a document on my laptop (windows 10 64bit) but the documents stay stuck in the queue. This is an issue that also occurs to other members of my family with our mac and mobile devices (ipads and iphones), on my laptop in the control centre I have two different versions of our printer, one which is available over the printers wireless and the other which is connected to over normal WiFi. The one which is connected to over normal WiFi is greyed out and says no drivers available, however I know that this shouldn't be the case as I downloaded the drivers off the HP website about an hour ago.

Documents won't print regardless of how I try to print them off and when I ran the HP print and scan doctor (5.1) everything shows as green ticks but then the test page doesn't print, pressing the no print button causes the application to freeze.

Also not sure if its relevant but when I print off word it freezes for a while or crashes

Thanks

Update:

I decied to view the printer properties in the control panel and noticed it didn't have an IP address so I added the printer again and it now works, also word doesn't crash when printin anymore. I guess Windows didn't like me adding the printer before I got the drivers installed.
