Whenever the server restarts or Windows Updates apply, the print driver invents a 4.25 x 11 sheet of paper size and always prints to it for no good reason. Drives me bonkers. Happens with both PCL and PS drivers. Very bizarre. The only fix is to delete the printer and re-install it. Can we please have a driver that only thinks the world has 8.5 x 11 paper and no other page size or paper type exists? 99.9999% of printing in North America, that is all that happens.
