HP Recommended

The driver for my Envy 5055 printer won't install on my HP laptop running Win 10 64-bit.  The driver works on my other computer.  I re-downloaded it from the HP driver page, but it still won't install.  In both cases, I get the following error message: DLL _1sUser2.DLL failed to load.  Any suggestions?

Hi @shanafeg 

Please follow steps from the next message to remove old printer driver in your Windows system:

>> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/HP-DeskJet-3635-not-recognized-wh...

 

Then install again the printer driver:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN5000/Full_Webpack-44.11.2778-EN5000_Full_Webpac...
