Printer driver won't install

The driver for my Envy 5055 printer won't install on my HP laptop running Win 10 64-bit.  The driver works on my other computer.  I re-downloaded it from the HP driver page, but it still won't install.  In both cases, I get the following error message: DLL _1sUser2.DLL failed to load.  Any suggestions?

Please follow steps from the next message to remove old printer driver in your Windows system:

Then install again the printer driver:

Thanks for the advice.  Unfortunately, after following your suggested steps, I got the same error message which aborted the installation, namely DLL -lsUser2.DLL failed to load.  Is this DLL part of the installation program?  Any idea why it fails to load?

This is related to a temporary file used during installation.

• Please follow the next steps to Clear Windows temporary folder.
•  

Clear the Windows Temp Folder

The _isUser.DLL files are temporary installer files.

     If your Temp directory has restricted permissions

               or a corrupted cached version of the file, it will fail.

1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type %temp% and hit Enter. This opens your local Temp folder.

3. Press Ctrl + A to select everything, and press Delete.

   • (If some files say they are in use, just click Skip).

4. Restart your computer.

5. Right-click the original HP file installer downloaded, and select Run as administrator.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

Thanks for your instructions.  Unfortunately, I get the same error message when I try to load the printer driver.  This is very frustrating!
