Printer drivers for 2130

I’m struggling to download the Drivers for my printer. It was second hand one given to us. And we can’t seem to get it working. I’ve downloaded the HP easy start app as directed by the HP website however. It doesn’t seem to be doing anything? I don’t know if I’m just being thick or not but it’s just blank nothing seems to be happening please help.

I see that you have issues with installing the printer on your computer and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

I'd further suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - HP Easy Start Software Installation Fails (Mac) to isolate and fix the issue.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
