HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe Printer

I did my homework and thought this printer had an email address that i could get an email address for it like my last printer.  I can't seem to find the email address for my printer.  Frustrated as my work computer (work from home) can not print to this new printer now.  It's the only reason i bought this printer...

Hi @Aray99 ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

The HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe printer doesn't inherently have an email address of its own. However, it's possible that you're referring to an email feature where you can email documents to the printer for printing.

If your printer supports this feature and it's connected to the internet, you might need to set up HP ePrint to enable email printing. To do this:

  1. Enable Web Services: Access the printer's control panel or embedded web server (EWS) using a computer or mobile device connected to the same network as the printer.

  2. Access HP ePrint Settings: Within the printer's settings or Web Services menu, look for HP ePrint settings. You might need to enable or activate ePrint to assign an email address to your printer.

  3. Retrieve Email Address: Once HP ePrint is activated, the printer should generate an email address associated with it. This email address will typically follow a format like [printername]@hpeprint.com or something similar. You'll find this information within the ePrint settings or on a printed information page.

  4. If your printer doesn't support ePrint or lacks this feature, it won't have its own email address for direct emailing of documents.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
