Hi,
today I received the new printer
DeskJet 4100 All-in-One.
I am trying to add it into my printers in HP smart mobile APP but i am receiving the error with the code EBS00P0010 (after the printer obtaining an IP address)
I printed a report no Error.
Reset the WIFI connection, didn't help.
Unplug the power cable for more than 30 min and turn on the printer, didn't help.
please support me soling this issue.
Thanks
BR Bilal
