Product: HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer

New wireless printer failed after 3 months.  Will not go on line.  Constant flashing wifi light.  Borrowed HP Tango using same wifi network/system.  No problem network communicating.  Failed printer is in warranty.  CASE# <Removed>.  I am handicapped with the limited abilities of the HP Tango.   I need the printer replaced ASAP.
