Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have not been able to locate a firmware update software for my printer the Photosmart D110a - I've done every update and guideline and I cannot get the printer to connect to my laptop. Wanted to confirm it was not available from HP before I recycle this printer. Only looking for any link to firmware update - not looking for any other advice.

There is no firmware upgrade for low-end small home printers like yours.

Hi,

I would doubt the firmware would be the problem, could you please clarify what is the problem you are facing?

 

Are you able to print a Printer Status Report from the printer itself? if not what exact error or behavior is show?

 

Assuming you are able to print the report, what happens when you try printing?
