My printer has worked fine the past couple years. I just bought some new HP tricolor and black ink cartridges from the HP website and things were printing fine for a couple weeks. Now when I print quality print reports or test pages there are white lines going through the test pages (I do not use hp instant ink anymore). I bought the normal HP 63 tri color and black ink cartridges from the hp store. I have the printer connected via USB cable. The black text is printing in light blue. I have removed and readded the printer and the drivers and reinstalled drivers from the hp website. Regardless of whether the drivers are the issue, the printer should still be able to print quality test pages without the white lines. I have cleaned the printer by running the built in clean function 3 times and still no change. How do I resolve this?

Hi @jw828,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a print quality issue,
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
