I just bought an HP Smart tank all in one printer (6001). I’ve installed it until the printer head. No matter what I do, it says printerhead failure for both black and tricolour. Anyone know how I can fix this issue? I’m slowly losing my mind haha

Hi @AnickL 

Make sure that the Ink Tanks are filled and then turn off, then turn on to restart your printer.
