Hi @Khafidz_hasan1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "E1" error on an HP DeskJet 2776 printer typically indicates a paper jam or paper feeding issue. Here's how you can troubleshoot and resolve the error:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Open the input tray and the output tray.
  • Carefully check for any jammed paper inside the printer. Gently remove any paper you find.
  • Also, check for any torn pieces of paper or foreign objects that may be obstructing the paper path.
  • Close the input and output trays securely.

Clear Paper Path:

  • Make sure there are no obstructions blocking the paper path. Sometimes, small pieces of paper or debris can cause paper feeding issues.
  • Use a flashlight to inspect the paper path thoroughly. Remove any debris you find.

Reload Paper:

  • Ensure that the paper you're using is not wrinkled, curled, or too thick. Use standard, letter-size paper if possible.
  • Align the stack of paper and load it into the input tray. Make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly.

Reset Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for a few minutes, then plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  • This can sometimes reset the printer's internal mechanisms and resolve temporary issues.

Perform Printer Maintenance:

  • Some HP printers have a built-in maintenance routine that can help resolve paper jam issues.
  • Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to access and run the maintenance routine.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP DeskJet 2776 printer.
  • Firmware updates can sometimes address known issues and improve the printer's performance

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
