@ROHOBO, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Let's get your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 printer installed and working with your PC. Please follow these steps:

Prepare the Printer

  • Make sure the printer is powered on.
  • Connect it to your Wi-Fi network using the printer’s touchscreen:
    • Go to Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard.
    • Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password.

Download and Install HP Smart

HP recommends using the HP Smart app for easy setup and management.

HP Smart

Once installed:

  • Open HP Smart and click “Set up a new printer”.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect and install your OfficeJet Pro 9010.

Install Full Feature Software (Optional but Recommended)

If you prefer the full driver package with scanning and advanced features:

Official HP® Support

Choose your operating system and download the Full Feature Software and Driver.

Add Printer Manually (if needed)

If HP Smart doesn’t detect the printer:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer.
  • Select your printer from the list or click “The printer I want isn’t listed” and follow the prompts.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure your PC and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall if installation is blocked.
  • Restart both your PC and printer before retrying.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
