HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer

The printer driver won't install on one of my PC running windows 10 (64 bit). After updating windows, checking for faulty update of KB5015087 (which isn't installed), the official HP driver still shows an error of "Printer installation failed. A new printer was not installed."
It works fine on my laptop, just not on my work desktop.
Any help would be really appreciated!

I followed the steps in the video, but didn't work, still got the error "printer installation failed, new printer was not installed". It happened after I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 10 (64 bit) on my pc. Please advise.
