Product: HP LaserJet P1102w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to install my LaserJet P1102w printer. I downloaded the drivers and did the extraction but the installation window did not come up. I would have gone the CD route but my laptop does not have a CD drive. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Bearing in mind that I am technologically declined, I can follow step by step instructions but jargon is not my strong point.

Hi,

Right click the Start button and select Run, then paste the following and press OK:

 

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

 

Now follow the steps on screen to install the printer.

Thank you so much.  My printer now works. After fighting with it for 5 hours yesterday, today with your help it took 20 minutes. Yea!!  Again, thank you.
