Product: HP ENVY 5032

I recently uninstalled my printer from my laptop due to having issues using the scan on it and having tried but failed to figure out how to get it working. Now we are having a problem reinstalling the printer because my laptop can’t find it when we search for it to add it on. Does anyone know what we need to do?? I’m unable to print any documents from my laptop now. Not sure where to go from here!

  • What is the operating system?
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes while installing the printer?
