Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every since my computer crashed and I had to update from Windows 10 to 11, I have not been able to print.

The printer shows as ready in HP Smart but nothing happens when I send something to print - the printer cannot be found.

My computer and printer are both on the same wireless network.

In setting the printer HP Envoy is not showing as having been added.

When I try add a printer I get but it does not load or work.

I have tried uninstalling etc but nothing seems to work.  When I do scan for printer the HP Envoy does not show as an option.

 

I have pasted some images so that you can see what I mean.  I hope they do show up in this message.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
