Product: LaserJet Pro M12w

It says installing and below that is “new device is now connected ” but the bar below keep refilling and refilling. Another window shows a picture with a cable connected to two hole and a note saying “you will be prompted to disconnect the cable after the wireless connection is established”. It’s been hours, what can I do?
