Product: Envy 5052
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to have a  Officejet 4650 and installed an Envy 5052 the other day.  I use the printer with stamps.com software.  My last HP printer had no issue printing envelopes and postage quickly.  This new printer prints the pages and envelopes so slowly at a rate of about 1 per minute.  I have changed and lowered all the settings, installed the software, updated drivers etc but with no success.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try to uninstall and reinstall the stamps.com software.

 

Also, are the other documents printing fine? Have you trued printing envelopes without using the software?
