I cant print any document , In Devices and Printers my printer laserjet P1102 is shown as (copy 1) with no listing of the original. I have deleted the printer and then added it but it still shows as copy 1. I'd like to know if both listed laserjet 1100 printers are related somehow with p1102 drivers!!

It appears that you have multiple instances of the same printer listed in your "Devices and Printers." This may cause compatibility issues when trying to print. To resolve the issue, try the following steps:

  1. Delete both instances of the HP LaserJet P1102 from your "Devices and Printers" list.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Add the printer back by following the manufacturer's instructions for adding a printer.
  4. Try to print a document to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, you can try updating the printer driver or reinstalling the printer software.

        Hello @ Razan AB,

 

We're going to have to get our hands dirty. You have to go to the Registry and delete all the occurrences doing starts from the name of your printer. It's long, but very effective. When the registry indicates: no more files found, restart the PC. You can reinstall your printer.

Remember to delete the old driver and the old printer in control panel, before installing the new HP driver, complete.

I delete all  printers from Printers&scanner , unistall HP software from Programs,remove driver from the device manger , delete all registory in local machine , service printer spool folder, also i clean my disk from temp files and updated win& restart the laptob.

Basically I followed most of the posts in the communities and YouTube videos.

 

Then i tried to install updated  driver from hp sites (P1102 driver for win10 for 32 bit ) its give me the erroe massage "Printer installation failed. A new printer was not listed"

So i end up install windows built in driver manually 

But the problem when i print test page its give me error status 

I dont know if is windows bug,printer or driver, tried to troubleshoot to fix but nothing help 

I dont have printer managment console,I don't know if it's related, cant find it in add in features.
