Printer is stuck on loading page

HP ENVY 5052

My printer is stuck on the loading page. I’ve looked up all I’ve could. Nothing seems to work. What do I do now?

Hi @alpugh22,

I'd like to help!

Try the below suggestions -

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Unplugging didn’t work. Tried updating the firmware but it doesn’t even recognize my printer as a device when updating. Seems like I’m going to have to call someone.
