Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi- My original problem was that the app and my iMac would only print blank pages on my HP Envy 6055, despite full ink levels, but now my iMac is suddenly offline and I don't know how to fix it. I can't test anything on the app, either, because I deleted it after it got stuck on a page, and now I can't get it back. I hit "open" in the App Store but the icon is still gone on my phone. Anyway, the first issue is getting the printer back online on my iMac! Thanks in advance for help. I'm missing the days where you could just call the company and they'd help you.

Are you able to copy well from the Printer? Also, are you able to print from any other device apart from iMac?
