Product: HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter - H812a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format Printer from 2015, never set up until 2022. Setup has not been finished. The original setup ink had leaks. Bought undamaged setup ink off of ebay. I see, in the area within the printer that the cartridges are places, there is a puddle of black ink. This cannot be cleaned up because it is under near a clear plastic. does anyone have any solutions to clean this ink up?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that to want to clean the printer, I am glad to assist you.

Check if you use the cotton swaps and clean the ink inside the printer.

Follow the steps mentioned in step 2 in this HP document and clean inside the printer:- Click here
