Product: Ink advantage 4535

Printer showing 0x61000072...using New Original HP cartridges, tried remove and reinstalling cartridges, printer ON/OFF, factory reset... Nothing works... Plz help

@Deb1810, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer and the print carriage is moving freely - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
