HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 5540 printer jammed and then went off-line. I can not get it back online. I have followed all the instructions to reset and nothing happens. I have even removed the printer and now when I try to add the printer back, HP SMART will not recognize the printer and will not allow the printer to set back up. The printer is connected by USB so it will not interfere with other office printers. I need this printer working now because it is color and everything else in Black & White. Somebody call me,

To check your printer use HP Print Doctor:
