The printer was working fine and then all of sudden it started saying it was out of paper (which it is not) and saying that HP recommends ColorLok papers for best printing results. It still prints the HP Network Configuration Page, but won't print anything else.

@sarag17, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Also, try making a copy on the printer and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Check the print settings on the app you are printing from. Make sure the correct paper type and paper size are selected.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC
Click here to download and know more about the app.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@Kumar0307, I tried everything you suggested and no it will not print any type of document, PDF, Word, or Webpages. It will also not make a copy. I tried fixing it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. It just keeps saying it is out of paper (even though it's not) and it says to use ColorLok paper. This is ridiculous!

In this case, let us try to perform a factory reset on the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
