Printer keeps jam,ming

I see that you are experiencing the paper jam issues on the printer. I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document Paper Jam Error to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
