Product: HP Deskjet 3051A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer will not print as it keeps jamming. I have checked for paper in then printer and nothing. I have done all the suggestions and nothing works. I have started and restarted it. I take the paper out clear it and it then says out of paper. When put paper back in to print it keeps getting jammed..

I see that the printer is experiencing paper jam issues and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Deskjet 3050A e-All-in-One Printer Series (J611) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
