@SzpTis, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems like your printer might have been inadvertently set up to continuously print specific network communication or error messages. Here are a few steps you can take to potentially resolve this issue:

Reboot the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This simple step can sometimes resolve unexpected behavior.

Check Print Jobs: Open the print queue on your computer and ensure there are no pending jobs that command the printer to print repeatedly. If there are, cancel or delete them.

Reset Network Settings: If your printer is connected to a network, try resetting its network settings. This would clear any residual network configurations and potentially stop unexpected messages.

HP ePrint and Cloud Services: If your printer is enabled for HP ePrint or other cloud services, check your printer's web services setup and disable any services that may be triggering the printing of network information.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
