Since getting my printer last year I have never managed to get it to connect to the wifi, but I use a usb cable, but now it has started printing the documents too high, today I printed boarding passes out & the top where it said jet2 was missing, but there is a large white space at the end of the page!

All the fixes I have looked for say how to sort it out with windows, but I am using my printer with a chromebook

@Lynda-long-legs

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are the copies printing well?

If yes, remove and add the printer again on your Chromebook: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04683559

If no, try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/document/c05...

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
