HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!  “Printer offline.”  After recently switching to Windows 11 from 10 (coincidence?), many hours of frustration unsuccessfully getting the printer (HP OfficeJetPro 9015e) to permanently stay online.  The most recent (ha-ha) “best” (but only TEMPORARY) solution has been to use the (rather time-consuming) HP Smart App each time, clicking the lower left wrench icon, and running “diagnose and fix”.  But this resolution ONLY lasts as long as the printer is left on. (Turning the computer [HP Envy Desktop 975] off and on makes no difference.)  USB connection between the two.  Previously, tediously unplugging the power supply to the printer for 30 seconds each time worked, but no more. Uninstalling/reinstalling the printer made no difference.  Likewise, no resolution running various troubleshooters. So --- who of you out there recognizes this problem AND its solution?  I will be MOST grateful!  Richard

Hi @lainhartrd

Please follow steps from the next video to setup your Officejet printer:

Note: check that your printer is connecting to a Wifi 2.4G network, because HP printers are more compatible to work with 2.4G networks.
