Hi @Ffiiff,

Thank you for sharing your printer model, HP LaserJet M110w. I understand that you are currently only able to print pages containing the claim code, which must be very frustrating.

Let’s try some basic steps to get your printer working for all documents again:

Step 1: Power Reset

Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power outlet.

Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Step 2: Check Connections

Make sure the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi or directly via USB cable to your computer.

Step 3: Reinstall Printer Driver

Go to HP Software & Drivers and search for HP LaserJet M110w.

Download and install the latest driver for your computer’s operating system.

Step 4: Use HP Smart App (Optional but Recommended)

Download HP Smart on your computer or phone.

Add the printer in the app and try printing a test page.

Step 5: Test Printing

After reinstalling drivers and checking connections, try printing a normal document (like a Word or PDF file).

Tip: If your printer still prints only the claim code, let me know, we may need to reset the printer’s firmware or check for software conflicts.

Could you please also confirm whether you are printing from a computer, mobile device, or both? This will help me give you the most direct solution.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
