Printer lights up all lights on panel one morning

One morning last week I noticed that all the lights on the printer's panel were blinking, some of them in more than one color.  No error code can be found on the panel since the dots that are supposed to show an error code are blinking randomly as well.  I've tried all the basic troubleshooting found on HP's website, like restarting the printer, restarting the laptop, trying troubleshooting the printer from the laptop which doesn't work since the printer is not responding to anything. It's most likely broken. Trying to get support from HP seems to be impossible since when selecting the option "HP Out of Warranty Phone Support" on the website gives the following error: "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."  This has now been the case for over a week.  No phone numbers can be found on the website.

Questions:

- Is it possible to get/pay for any support from HP when the factory warranty expired on Feb. 2023? I see the following when doing a serial number lookup on the website:

- Where do I go on the website in order to get any kind of support? Is there a phone number where HP's printer support can be reached? I've even tried to register the printer/serial number under my account on the site, but when trying to add it the website just hangs (I get the blue ring that spins forever).

- Are there service centers in Canada which will repair HP Envy printers or has my printer just turned into electronic junk few months after the factory warranty ended?
