I moved the printer to a different office. Tried to add device to computer and noticed most of the printer options are locked, including restore network settings. Help!

Welcome to HP Support Community, @mcbell

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Unlocking HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e Printer Settings
If your printer options appear locked after moving your printer to a new location, follow the steps below to regain access to all settings.

1.Restart the Printer
Turn the printer off and unplug it from the power source for 60 seconds.
Plug it back in and turn it on.

2.Check for Admin or Account Lock
If the printer shows messages such as “Settings locked by administrator” or “Managed by HP account,” it means the printer is claimed by the previous HP account.
Log in to the HP account originally used during setup at hpsmart.com/activate and remove or reclaim the printer.

3.Check Network Connection
Open the printer’s control panel.
Swipe down and check the Wi-Fi icon.
Make sure the printer is connected to your current network.

4.Restore Network Settings
If the option is not locked, go to:
Settings > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings.
Confirm the reset.

5.If Options Are Still Locked, Perform a Factory Reset
Go to:
Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults.
Confirm the reset.
This clears admin password, network settings, and account locks unless the printer is still linked to an HP+ or organization-managed account.

6.Administrator Password
If the printer asks for an admin password or PIN, it must be the one set previously.
A factory reset usually removes this unless the printer is claimed by an HP account that still controls it.

7.Reinstall Printer on Windows 10
Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
Remove the current printer entry.
Restart your computer and add the printer again.

8.Update Printer Firmware
Visit the HP support site for the OfficeJet Pro 9025e and install the latest firmware.
This resolves bugs and unlock issues related to outdated firmware.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
