I already + printer m12w in macbook but it stated idle.few time + and - printer but sadly still idle

I'd be happy to assist you with the Printer being idle issue.

 

How is the Printer connected to the MAC? Is this the first time it's happening?

 

What app are you using to print?

This is my first time buy and also usianh m12w printer

 

the printer still idle.print job suddenly disappear

 

already ask hp

they said

mac is not compatible with M12w

mac os big sur 11.5.1
