Printer message: Firmware Update, tried install 3x and still no luck

New printer....went thru install process.  Now printer shows message:  Firmware Update required due to problem with one of the printers critical system files.  Tried 3x to install update, but keep getting same error message and no jobs printing.  Do not see printer on my network list

I have returned the 6155e printer to Amazon and purchased a 6165e printer locally at Best Buy which I successfully installed in just 45 minutes!  Thanks for your attempt in solving the problem…..but my solution was not only faster but easier too.
