My HP Envy 5660 no longer works on my windows 10 laptop. I have uninstalled every component several times, restarted PC, reinstalled-I've cycled my router off, rebooted, etc...I've cycled off my printer; however, upon reinstall of full device features software and drivers, it hangs up on network installation. I've spent hours yesterday and today and I need my printer for my business. I've printed from my phone with no issues...I've printed from the printer - My Congratulations! page that shows I'm web-connected as well as the Wireless Network Test Results listing "No Problems Found. Congratulations on the successful setup of your wireless printer"...I've researched troubleshooting, command prompts, HP print and scan doctor, etc...still just hangs up and after 10 minutes, I have to cancel network install, which won't cancel, so after 10 minutes, I have to 'end task' with task manager, and then start the whole process over again...restart PC, uninstall, turn off printer, unplug, turn on, reinstall software, nothing works! Any ideas? I keep seeing where HP updated the driver software 4 days ago on 4/11/19...has there been an issue with this?

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
It could be some issue with the printer driver installed.
Let's try uninstalling and re-installing the printer.
- In Windows, search for 'Control Panel' and open 'Programs' or 'Programs and features' and select 'Uninstall a Program'.
- Select your HP Printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for 'Control Panel' and look for 'View devices and printers'option under 'Hardware and Sound'.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'.
- Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the "Drivers" tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select Ok.
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
- Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
- Restart the computer.
- Download the printer driver and install it from this link or manually search for the printer drivers from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/printers.
- Open the downloaded file, follow onscreen instructions and complete installation
- Try printing from your PC again and check if you can print.
You can also try installing the HP Smart app. This app allows you to perform operations like printing, scanning, etc.
Refer to this link to use the HP Smart App.
Also, you can add the printer to the PC using the printer's IP address.
- From the printer control panel, touch the wireless icon
and obtain the IP address of the printer.
- On your PC, Go to 'Control Panel'> 'Hardware and Sound' > 'Devices and Printers'
- Click on add a printer
- Select 'The printer that I want isn't listed'
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname.
- Enter the IP address of the printer(ex: 192.168.1.3) in the Hostname or IP Address field
- Select your printer model from the menu.
- Click 'Next'
- Follow the On-Screen instructions and complete the installation.
- Try to print and check
