I scan the QR and got a technician. He charged me $49.99 and the printer never worked the two days I had it. I finally returned it to Best Buy where I bought it. I got the QC code from inside the brand new printer box in the instructions page for installation. HP did not help, reimbursed or even offered to do anything. Case closed was I received.
