Changed to a new internet provider and could not get the printer to ID the new internet address.  I could run a test page when connected by USB to computer.  The HP assistant programs could not ID the printer.  After HOURS of trying, I reinstalled the driver. Now the printer is not IDed by the computer at all to even complete the installation. Program says it cannot find the printer and acts like it is not physically connected. I tested the USB cord with another printer and that works fine. Thoughts (maybe trashing this printer?)

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can try a reset of the printer?  Need the HP FULL software installed first (which I think you have done so).

After that, try setting up again using HP Smart app.

Thanks.
