Hi all, I have a problem that I'm hoping someone here can help me with. First, I want to say that I am pretty tech savvy and have tried all the obvious options (uninstall and reinstall printer, go through Chrome settings, add printer, etc.). Since Chrome OS did away with the Cloud Print feature, the only way I have been able to print from my Chromebook is if I go through the HP Smart App, which means I have to save as PDF from chrome, then select the file that way. I used to be able to print directly from Chrome, but for some reason, my printer isn't showing up as an option when I select print directly from the browser.  I have tried adding the printer using it's IP address, still not being recognized outside of the HP Smart app.  I am hoping someone here has a solution, because it is frustrating to have to do through so many steps, just to print a doc!!  Thanks!
