Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When trying to print anything using this print size 5x7in it stops and converts it to a custom size 3.11x5.51in saying "Paper size was changed from 5x7in./13x18cm because of a conflict with another printer setting". Any fix or solution to issue?
